So I was accepted as an International Student at the time I applied to UC Santa Cruz and recently I have gotten my Green Card.I stayed in California with a H-4 Visa since 2009. I went to 4 year high school in California and will be graduating in California this summer and my parents have been living with me in California since 2009. Will I be able to qualify as In State Student Tuition if I ask them to change for it? I am worried because I heard that people get denied of In State Tuition Qualification.
