In State Tuition Waivers?

Does FSU give tuition waivers for out of state students with certain stats? And if so, what stats do you need to get one?

I'm sure they do, but you'd need to be somewhat unusual. A call to FSU admissions would help you find out: fsu.edu | admissions home

Definately call admissions and the registrar. Unfortunately, I believe the Board of Governors and the Florida Legislature does not offer tuition reciprosity for undergradute degrees in the state of Florida. There are some grad degree programs. If your state does not offer a grad program in a certain area, you might be able to attend in the state of Florida with instate tuition.

FSU grants partial tuition waivers to to OOS who major in music, theatre, and dance. These waivers are granted by the individual departments and are merit based.

Yes. I was accepted in the EA pool. Notified late December/early January that I received scholarship plus OOS tuition waiver.

Great! .

I got a postcard in the mail that my SAT score would qualify me to have some OOS $$$ waived.

Awsome! thanks for your help

what were your stats
