I had a 3.54 UCGPA Sophomore year (no honors/AP courses were offered). I’ll probably have a UCGPA of 4.2-4.4 this year. I think I’ll have around a 2000 on the SATI based on practice tests. I just took the history USH SATII and I’m gonna be in the 750-780 range, depending on the curve. Don’t know about the other SATII I’ll take. Five 5s on APs. My ECs blow (one year of JV basketball, summer job, I’ll play varsity baseball this year, I’ll try to get like 150-200 volunteer hours by next year.) I’m planning to take 3-4 AP courses senior year.

you will definitely get in to a UC. The upward trend will look great, but Cal and UCLA are a reach.

UCB/UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach/Match
UCD/UCSB/UCI: Match/Safe Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Safety

What about all As for an entire high school career, 9 honors classes, 7 AP classes, 2040 SAT, 700 Math II, and 730 Physics II? Any chance of Cal or UCLA? So obviously GPA is 4.0 and weighted is about 4.5-4.6...add in extracurriculars and am I looking good?

Great chance with excellent essays.
