<p>This might be a dumb question, but I've been looking at graduate schools and the rankings put out by Forbes, The Economist, Businessweek, etc. and under the school profiles, there is always only one amount under "tuition". Is the amount they quote in-state tuition, out-of-state tuition, or is there even any difference in the two for graduate schools?</p>
