<p>Do with 1200 get in to Stern? What is their hook? I have heard a couple people say on CC that they got in with 1200's.<br>

<p>no, I think you are wrong, but I would like to hear from the actual people who got in. I doubt you would get 1n with a 1300, I'd say at least 1400, but hey , who knows</p>

<p>I met with 2 NYU admission reps and they said 1300-1450, 1300 being the low end.. so..</p>

<p>How about 1300ish (estimating low end of what i'll get this saturday...shooting for 750-760 Math and 600-650 CR). I have a solid essay (according to parents on CC, my sis, and english teachers) and 3.6 gpa. My EC's are business-related leadership roles as well as Community Service leadership roles. I'm Indian...lol. If I get a 1360-1400 will I be almost set? A kid got in from my school last year w/ 3.7 and 1290, but he's Italian/Hispanic.</p>

<p>anythings possible, but ive heard plenty of people with high 1300's rejected. </p>
<p>if your 1200's or low 1300's...your not going to get in unless your extraordinary in other things</p>
<p>if you have an average gpa and only medicore or good EC's (compared to other Sternie's) and your dad doesnt have a building named after him...then you probably wont get in.</p>
