I took the November Japanese with Listening test, and I got a 750. I know the percentiles are probably affected by the number of native speakers who took the test, but in past years a 750 is around the 50th percentile... meaning I did worse on the test than 50% of the test takers.

Will this affect my chances of getting into a top tier college? (such as Stanford and Yale) Is 750 a good score for a non-native speaker?

Hi Natalle! I think I met you (I was the schoolfriend of the girl you knew) right before you did Japanese and I did French. I got 770 in French, which isn’t too much higher than your 750, and I actually think for us non natives/non AP takers/non massive exchangers these scores are pretty good. I know that Princeton has a minimum of 760 to place out of French, and your 750 is pretty much the same score as that. In any case, congratulations!
