In The MiddleTransfer Student

Hello. My freshman year I went to an OOS 4yr school. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw & enroll at a comm. college. I'm now at sophomore standing (30 creds.) I'm a Mich. resident who really wants to go OOS but it seems like in order to receive any scholarships you either have to be a HS senior or transfer student with 50+ credits who spent 2yrs. at a comm. college & I'm neither. At my former schools, I got a 3.5 & 3.6 & was in the Honors College so my grades are really good. I took out a lot of loans fresh. year & don't want to take out anymore unless they're really small. Are there any universities that would be willing to give me some really great scholarships? I'm looking for a Florida State/ U of Illinois-esque type of school. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
