I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem. More often than not, I will walk into the test center very tired from not having slept enough during the night. How do you guys deal with the anxiety?

I went to bed at 3 am and woke up at 6 am the day of the exam.

I had a cold before taking the March SAT and took some NyQuil the night before. Maybe it helped? lol

i usually play a sport in the evening or something that might tire me out so i can sleep right after i take a shower.

but make sure you don't tire yourself out TOO MUCH or you'll be tired the day of the exam. it usually works pretty well.

I fell asleep at 4 on the day of the ACT and woke up at 6. I think it helped.

But if it doesn't help you, I would suggest some sleep aid and making sure that you are getting adequate sleep for a little while before the test.

I think if you sleep well several days before the test, you will not be too tired to take the test.

Some of my classmates do not sleep at all before important test, but they still do very well. So do not be nervous.

yeahh, i can never sleep, i think thats part of the reason i didnt get the score i wanted, but who knows
recent studies show you can make up for lost hours of sleep so make time in the week to sleep, like naps, so that your not completeley sleep deprived!

I have this problem all the time!
