Include a sample of my programing?

<p>I'm applying to a pretty competitive school for computer science. All I'm fluent in right now is Java, but the main language of the industry is C. I'm not even sure if the admission officers will understand any programing language. Should I included a sample of my programing on the common application, or is that unnecessary?</p>

<p>Also, if i do choose to include a sample, should I include it as source code and upload it through Common App, or create a website with the applet and source code and mention the website in my application?</p>

<p>Finally, all my major applets so far have been games. Should I make something that not a game for my application, or are games ok for something as important as this?</p>

<p>Send them source code? Oh, gag me! Create an “admissions game.” Use your sense of humor and give these poor admissions committee members an excuse to take a break from reading endless boring essays – they’ll remember you for it and that’s almost always a good thing.</p>
