Include current internship in resume?

Hey,

So I currently am in a summer internship and learning a variety of things technical and non-technical. I'm an Industrial Engineering Summer Grad so I'm a student until this August. I started my internship a bit late (end of June) and will finish in early September. I want to start applying for full time jobs in August since I don't want to leave my internship out of the blue. Should I include this internship in my resume already? I'm halfway done with it. Or just wait until it ends to include it? I am considering applying to other internships for the fall as well.

Don’t worry about how it “looks.” Worry about what it’s done for you so far. If you have learned things, then you can speak to them, and that means you can include it on your resume.

Why would you wait until August to start applying to full time jobs? The process itself is going to take weeks, if not months, and once you get an offer (I’d be shocked to see a company go from application to offer before September), you should have no problem telling them you need a couple more weeks to finish your current responsibilities.
