Including Activity Sheets

I know that this question has been asked many times, but I really haven't gotten a definitive answer, so someone please humor me and answer some of these questions. I have very concentrated EC's, probably like 8-10 total, but the "leadership pos/description" slot on applications is just too small for some of my activities. However, if I submit a full resume or "brag sheet," how will colleges feel since it wont list like 20 activities? So here it is: How do I submit an activity sheet? Can I do it online, if so where is there space on online apps?
What format should it be in? If i submit one, should I just leave the main EC space on the application blank or just add to it? Is it really necessary...I'm guessing most people do it because they list like 100 activities in chances threads when there is only spots for 7-8. This has been bothering me for a while and time is running out.

if you can fill in a spot as a leader for every spot, that will make a statement

do NOT leave the main EC space on the application blank, even if you attach an activity sheet. you should definitely fill it out, with your most important activities in order. Look at the instructions above that part of the form--on the common app, at least, I think there are instructions that tell you to fill it out in ranked order and also NOT to leave it blank under any circumstances.

I think you should definitely send an activity sheet if you think it will add to your app. I don't know how online stuff works, though.

bump...how do you send an activity sheet?

I had my guidance counselor send mine with her rec, my teacher recs, and school report.
