<p>so, colgate wants me to mail them my signature. I want to mail them my resume and transcript from a summer program at oxford. Can I put the resume/transcript in the envelope with the signature, and if and when I do, should I attach a letter saying "enclosed please find my signature, resume, and transcript. please add these documents to my application file" ?</p>
