You will be exempt from M119/M211 and M120/M212 (Calculus I and Calculus II, respectively). I don’t think it’s completely necessary to take advanced Calculus in order to have good fundamental math for business.

The best way to improve reading skills is to read daily publications such as the Wall Street Journal (good for business majors) and/or your daily paper. To improve writing skills, you could look at some term papers written by college students around the nation and try to emulate the things that made the essays effective (or avoid the things that made the essays ineffective). When I write an essay I like to take my time and think about interesting ways to draw the reader into the thesis - many teachers can accurately predict the quality of a paper simply by reading the first paragraph.

There are many keys to being successful at IU. First and foremost, you should be prepared to take a rigorous schedule with difficult classes and put in the effort to do well in them. You seem like an excellent student already so you shouldn’t have much problem with this. Another important factor to your success and happiness at IU is your ability to make friends. I don’t think that will be much of a problem for you either since IU has a very tight-knit community of Asian students and people from different races tend to get along better here than most universities. Nonetheless, finding friends on your intellectual plane will be an important goal to achieve while at IU. It will be almost impossible to achieve a 4.0 at the business school since they are purposely trying to weed people out by making the courses more difficult. However, you can still achieve a very high GPA (3.7+) by applying yourself and staying focused.

Depending on what dorm you get into, it may be hard to concentrate with the stereotypical “party atmosphere” but there are many places that people go to study that are much easier to concentrate than the dorms, such as the business school library or the main library. It may take a good while to find a good place to study, but you’ll do it eventually.

I don’t believe that there is an explicit ranking system at IU. Certain distinguishments can be awarded to recognize high GPAs but there is no ranking system as far as I know.
