Incoming Senior - Chances? UCLA, USC, UCI, UCSD, UCSB, NYU

Hey CC,

I am looking forward to applying to colleges this year. I would like to know if the following schools are a reach/match for me: UCLA, USC, UCI, UCSD, UCSB, NYU,

Stats:
SAT: 1480/1600 (is this good enough?)
Math II: 700
Physics: TBD

Overall GPA: Needs senior year still, but 3.65 UW, will probably be 3.7ish after senior year first em. (do colleges recognize W GPA to?)
UC GPA: 4.05

I am instate, also legacy for USC (does this help??). I am wanting to major in economics/business administration.

Freshman Year (my worst year, by far): GPA UW: 3.45 (not going to do W, because I do not think Geo Honors counts for anything)

Spanish 1 B/B
English 1 A/B
History B/(no history second semester)
Art Foundations A/A
Geometry Honors: B/A
Biology B/B
Religion: A/A

Soph Year (I began to improve this year, hopefully colleges can see an upward trend. However, I missed out on a lot of honors course opportunities): GPA UW: 3.8 (Again I do not think Alg 2 Honors counts as a weighted course, so not doing weighted)

Spanish 2 A/B
Photo 1/PE A/A
Religion A/A
Chemistry A/A
History A/A
Algebra 2 Honors B/B
English 2 A/A

Junior Year (Unweighted did not improve, weighted was a big difference) GPA UW: 3.6 W: 4.35

Spanish 3 A/B
Pre Calc Honors B/A
Physics 1 AP A/A
Religion A/A
History B/A
Computer Science A AP A/A
English Lit AP B/A

Senior Year Schedule:
