<p>I'm <em>planning</em> on going to Rutgers this fall as a freshman, but am pretty sure that I'll fill out transfer applications to universities in the UK so that I can leave after the first year if I don't like it so much. Is anyone else here thinking about doing that? Not just UK unis, of course, but also US ones. I might also apply as a transfer to some of the US schools that rejected me this spring, but I'm pretty set on Europe.</p>
<p>Nritya - what is your major? I was thinking about the same thing, but now I decided to go to another college but some of my high school classmate, they got reject/waiting from some Ivies and now will attend another college but already start writing their transfer essay for next year. Why now? They said because our college advisor will help them edit the essay.</p>

<p>I’m planning on transferring probably after my second year. I want to study abroad and I’d be able to do that in the second year of sophomore year and i basically have a full ride so I’d rather do that at Rutgers for less than at another school for more money. I definitely want to transfer though.</p>
