<p>I'm starting UCSB in the fall as a transfer, I want to party alot and socialize as much as possible haha. What is my best option for living in the fall?
I have heard of how crazy IV is and I think it sounds tite! But I am up for dorms if I can still party hard. I want to make as many friends as possible since I won't know anyone there.

<p>Live in the Res Halls, you can still make friends in IV by being social in class and joining different groups on campus. Or rush a frat.</p>
