So yesterday I got a very short letter from the office of admissions indicating that my application had been withdrawn because it was incomplete, and that the withdrawal was a "last resort" because they had contacted me "many times" about the lack of a document (a transcript). Problem- I never recieved a single e-mail, fax, call, letter, etc telling me this was the case!!! I both called and e-mailed the admissions office to try to get in touch with them, but my time zone works out so that I can't call during their business hours unless I were to skip class, and the e-mail was given an auto-form response. Is there ANYONE on here that works for the admissions office that I could speak to? I am 100% confident that I sent that transcript, and NEVER recieved any communication prior to this that indicated they needed anything from me (with the exception of an incorrect letter stating that I needed to send the results of my CSS-Profile, which I had already sent and they confirmed they sent incorrectly.) HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Did you pay the application fee?

I am in exactly the situation you find yourself in. I sent all my documents in December, never received a word from WUSTL about any of them missing but received the exact letter you described in my mail today.

Yesterday, though, I sent an e-mail to the lady in charge of my file at the Admissions Office. She had me fax the documents to her, which I did. I would recommend you e-mail whoever is in charge of your application and explain your situation. They should be understanding.

I did pay the application fee.
I got a response e-mail from an admissions person today- she listed the email address and snail mail address they had sent my notices too, and both were incorrect (which is odd, since my other notices came to the correct address.) Anyway, I'm faxing the documents tomorrow morning. Thanks guys!
