<p>Just because I'm feeling paranoid right now...What happens if you submit an incomplete college application? like if you forget to send test scores, or your transcript or leave a section of commonapp blank? will the schools notify you/still consider you? Will they give you a chance to correct the mistake?</p>
<p>You are the potential source of 4 years of tuition. They won’t casually dump/shred/delete your file if something is amiss. Think about it. that would be utterly stupid.</p>
<p>It’s in THEIR BEST INTEREST to get your complete application. If anything is missing, they’ll contact you or the school in order to get it to evaluate you fully.</p>
<p>Hmmm… I thought the Common App wouldn’t let you submit unless all applicable areas were complete. If a school is missing test scores or a transcript, they will let you know, usually through a portal checklist that you will be given access to.</p>
<p>On the other hand, lateness will reflect badly on you, unless you have a good reason.</p>
