Is it possible that your application could have been reviewed even if your status on portal says your application is incomplete? Could it be that it takes some time for status to update?
Yes, there can be a lag in the portal update, and yes, depending on what is missing, they may start review without the missing item.

however given that this is mid-March I would suggest being proactive. Have your child contact the school(s) where the application is marked as incomplete to find out what is missing. Perhaps a teacher forgot to send a rec, perhaps a test score was not sent, etc.
Thanks so much. She did that last week and it was all corrected, but we heard decisions were made this week. So that’s our concern. She is going to call admissions after work today. But thanks!!
