<p>Hi. I just got an email, too, saying that my application was incomplete. When I called in, they said they had received the item, they just hadn't processed it. :)</p>

<p>The same thing happened with me. We called today and they said that they have everything but haven't updated their system. I'd still call just in case.</p>
