Incomplete Items Outstanding

<p>My application status says that incomplete items outstanding. It shows a date received for all the items except for App Fee (International) (I am not international..I guess they write that in every application status?)
And then there is "Additional Program Requirements" under which there are Bank Statement 1 and Financial Certification Form 1. Can anyone tell me what are those? Official links would be appreciated.</p>

<p>Also, I applied for engineering..so is it mandatory or does the "additional program requirements" refer to other courses?</p>

<p>You need to call the admissions office, since what you’ve described seems to indicate that they think you’re an international applicant.</p>

It is not normal to show for a US citizen or permanent resident the international application fee field or the field requiring bank statements and the financial certification form which are required only of international applicants. You must call to get this fixed since they are treating you asan international applicant.</p>
