My daughter (HS senior) is taking AP Psych as an online course. She has the year to complete it and was told that it would go on her 2nd semester transcript. It showed up as an Incomplete on her 1st semester transcript, which was just sent to schools. Does anyone know if this is problematic? Does an Incomplete look bad? Should we get this fixed or not worry about it? Thanks!

An Incomplete does look bad unless it’s explained. Just ask your daughter’s counselor to explain why it’s showing up as an incomplete and that she’s only getting a grade at the end of the year instead of at the semester.

If the grade has already been sent, either ask the counselor to re-send them or send an email to your daughter’s regional dean explaining the incomplete. Regional deans can be found on our Meet the Committee page ([William & Mary - Meet the Committee](http://www.wm.edu/admission/undergraduateadmission/meetthecommittee/index.php)) and are assigned based on where your daughter’s school is, not where she lives.

Thank you so much for this quick reply, W&M Admissions. We’ll take care of this. As has already been mentioned, it is a huge help to have you here! Thank you!

Anytime buckeye. Best thing to do is probably just email your regional dean with the necessary information
