<p>So I filled out the wrong year for FAFSA. I submitted the 2013-14 application when I was suppose to send in the 2014-2015 application. I submitted the 13-14 one in september of 2013. I didn't know a new one was being released this year in January. Do I just submit the 2014-2015 one? Will colleges be okay with me accidentally submitting the wrong year?</p>
<p>Just submit the 2014-15 fafsa. The other one will not cause a problem at all.</p>
<p>Basically, you have not submit the 2014-2015 FAFSA that is required for most need based financial aids. Just do it now. Remember, the application for the new school year becomes available on Jan 1 every year. You cannot submit it earlier.</p>
