<p>I've heard that there are little things that you could do in order to improve your chances of being accepted to a certain college. For example, I believe visiting a college's campus (for a tour) will show that you really have an interest for that college. What are some other such things you could do in order to increase your chances?</p>

<p>Interview at the college even if it isn’t required.</p>
<p>That really demonstrates your willingness to go above and beyond to demonstrate your interest in a specific school.</p>
<p>I’m just speaking my mind, but I doubt there is anything significant you can do that isn’t already decided. Your chances are pretty much determined by the end of your Junior year.</p>
<p>Major projects that you start in senior year, or major awards that you may earn your senior year…perhaps. But pretty much.</p>
