Increasing SAT score by 250 points to 2200?

Just TODAY, I took a practice SAT and I got 1950.

CR: 600
W: 690
M: 660

I've been taking practice SATs out of Princeton Review & Barron's for the past few months, and all my practice scores have been around 1800-2000. I want a 2200!

Also, I am taking an SAT course, and yesterday I took all 3 math parts in class and got a 540 :(
I honestly don't know why my scores fluctuate so much.

I especially need help with math. Usually my math is a lot lower than 660, and my CR is higher than 600. I'm not terrible at math, it's just that SAT math is a little confusing for me. I'm going to be a junior and I just finished Pre-Calc and got 100 on the final and finished with a high A in the class, so I don't understand why I can't solve SAT math problems. It has become so frustrating for me.

I'm definitely willing to study everyday, but not an absurd amount, such as 4 + hours a day.

Anyway, I just wanted to hear inspiring SAT stories! And if you think its possible for me to score a 2200 with a decent amount of effort :)

Also, one more thing to add!

I have had a lonnng history of bad scores under real testing conditions.

Summary of my REAL SATs
7th grade SAT: 1460
8th grade SAT: 1490
9th grade PSAT: 155
10th grade PSAT: 155 <---- smh :(

I honestly don’t know why I score so low in real tests. It’s possible the pressure gets to me, but I score fine on state standardized tests, and finals and such.

Does anyone have tips to stay calm during the test? Because I honestly have no idea why my scores are SO LOW during the real deal other than I freak out.
