Increasingly bad grades?

Hi, I'm an 9th grade student who got all A's in Middle school, but now I mostly have B's. Also, I am taking three AP classes (out of 7 classes) which I have B's in. Are these grades enough to get me into a good college?

No you need A’s to get into a good college. But middle school grades are meaningless for college admissions so make sure you get A’s from here on out.

It also depends on what colleges you consider good, but for a top 50 school a 3.0 definitely would hurt you very badly.

Since your on CC in 9th grade, I’m going to assume your definition of good is a top 30 college and Bs are by no means good enough to get you in. Getting a 4.0 taking a semi-difficult schedule is preferable to getting a 3.5 with an extremely hard schedule. Basically realize that for top 30 colleges, you will need at least a 3.7 to get in so better start hitting the books hard and get those As.
