indecision

hi, i'm applying early but just can't make up my mind as to where. i love Bowdoin, Amherst, Williams, and JHU and know i'd be happy at any of the places. basically i'm applying ed so i can enjoy the rest of my senior year and have less stress. i dont have the amazing stats of everyone here but if i don't get in, hey i gave it a shot. curious as to where you think i'd have the best chances. i appreciate your help.

female/white/from ma public school

GPA 3.72 uw
SATS math 720, cr 620, cr 690
SATIIS us history 800, bio 700, french 680
APS US History (5), Latin Lit, French Lang, Calc AB, Enviro Science
Taking most demanding courseload

ECs
Crew (9,10,11,12) - varsity 3 yrs, captain (being recruited by vassar and couple others)
Swimming (9,10,11,12) - varsity 4 yrs
Ice Hockey (9,10,11) - jv 3 yrs
Band (9,10,11,12) - honors band
Some other random clubs that i am co-pres of
Volunteer work w/ elderly

Also, I'm curious as to why Amherst has 47% women and 53% men when most schools have this ratio reversed.

I would highly recommend NOT applying ED. It sounds like you don't have a clear first choice, so RD is a much better option for you. You don't want to be stuck somewhere then realize you would have been much happier somewhere else.

ok i'll keep that in mind but i know i'll be facing the same indecision come april, so why not just do it now?
