Indian post

<p>sorry this may sound unrelated but I am applying to Cornell. :)</p>

<p>The thing is adides, a big risk of "allocating" students to different colleges is the risk of not getting accepted anywhere. Ivy leagues dont really need Indians because there are already too many of them in their universities. The idea behind "diversity" is to attract students from countries like ummm Ethoipia and Iceland or even more african americans and hispanics.</p>

<p>daphne - most of us are CDs, couple are FBCDs (foreign born...) every now and then we get some abcd drop by...</p>

<p>didnt u say tht u from atlanta??? if u are, u shouldnt be surprised by the too many desis comment by nomad...just take a stroll down gsu or emory campus one afternoon and you will find herds and herds of desis...</p>
