I didn't realize I'd started reading the damn thing until When those five centuries passed, and death found a new pair of messengers, I was finishing my last year of college at Princeton. Which brought me back here with a jolt. I so wish I could just devour this book right now.

Do We Have To Send Mid Year School Report

someone tell me why hard cover edition of rule of 4 is more expensive than paperback

And astrix, did I ever tell you how much I hate you?

Tis all you do!! Spread hate, hate, hate. Love ya such :p

Well, it makes sense doesn't it? Hard cover is always more expensive than paperback

books in US cost 400-1000 bucks or sometimes even more. I would suggest people to do what adides is doing if possible.

what's it like to be drunk? anything like not having slept? i think so anyway, just way more loosid. i haven't been drunk :(

hello and astrix:
thanks for the help. I managed to do the program.

oops sorry. I meant that the paperback is more expensive than the hardcover.
being drunk...hmmm. Well the hangover is more like one of those days when you wake up after a long sleep with a splitting headache. Butjust being drunk- nooooo! Very different.

lol. looks like ur highly experienced ;) The worst part of drinking is the nasty throwing up that follows immediately after...and the beer belly that u get after a couple of months --> thats why i stopped for good.

Not highly experienced no. but not inexperienced either ;)

astrix - getting drunk is much more fun. those hangovers and throwin ups is all worth it. But if you haven't drank so far - do it NOW!! Just remember these tips (from an expert :p)

if you dont want to throw up - go with on the rocks/straight

hangovers are caused by dehydration, so after drinking (dont matter how drunk you are) drink 7-8 glasses of water before you go to bed

never go to bed right after drinking. sit around, eat something, watch tv (or pass out and ur friends will carry u home. i prefer it this way :))

if you have a hangover in the morning. get couple of thick shakes/icecream and feed urself to lots of those. Also, take couple of asprin.

continue drinking water - it works like a charm

eat while u are drinking, its much better than gettin sick empty stomach

make sure tht when u comin back - u enter ur home and not ur neighbours. those beatin hurts more than the hangovers :D

peace

adides...u so often talk abt beer and drinkin. i drank like a fu*cking fish last year and ruined myself. from an under 16 norwegian state champ in soccer, i became an ass who found it hard to run after a ball without tripping over my beer belly. ...my hangover experiences were good enough for me that now i swear never to touch alcohol again... u drink much adides?

btw adides. those are some good tips ;) always drink coffee after drinkin...u get rid of the smell like nothing else...

no i dont drink much. i m just a social drinker. most of my friends are older ppl, who are attending graduate schools, etc. and whenever we go out - i hate to sip on my coke :( so i match their 10 drinks with my 1.
trust me, i have gone thu similar experiences not too long ago (1/1/2005 :p) and man i was hurtin - but again, i think for all of us applyin to the US (esp. those u plan to enter business world) we got to realize tht 85% of the major business deals take place over drinks or over a round of golf. so if u dont golf and dont drink - it sux
