Indian Student: My Chances Please

Joe Bloggs, in most cases, asking your school GC/principal/other authority to send a letter to the school telling them that paying the fee waiver will prove to be a financial constraint (poor exchange rate, limited financial resources etc.)should do the trick. Some schools like Penn have a separate fee waiver form which you or your prents can fill up.
Its probably not a very good idea to send these to non need blind schools though, but I sent 'em anyway and got rejections from most (but not all)

Ouch, this might prove to be tricky.

Otherwise....10 univs at $75 each...thats $750!!

Joe,essays count a lot for Indians too.Start thinking of possible essay topics from now itself and plan to write your first draft during the summer

And btw-if you won the Volvo one,wow is all that I can say........

Yes Akash that was quite a gratifying experience for me. I was part of a 5-member team. We won the nationals, and then we proceeded to win the internationals (best out of 1000).

You can go to www.volvoadventure.org and check last year's winners

I'm quite confident on the essay. I've written one for my UK UCAS applications and that's been very well taken by reviewers. I'm good at writing and I love business (so I can explain I have the passion) Hopefully the essay can be a + point
