1. MIT
2. Stanford
3. Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univ.
4. UCLA
5. University of Texas, Arlington

Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univ.
UCLA
University of Texas, Arlington

^^^ only if u can get scholarships. There are no need-based fin aids in these universites.
BTW ur ECs are cool and strong.

Hi Ajay!!u would like to join us at TiT#15.......;).....
hey,btw,ur ECs r really cool......

er... what is TiT#15 ?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=229402&page=64

Work for the SATs(I and II). And also maintain a good GPA. You can't do anything about your financial status so don't worry about it. Do you best and forget about the rest.

And btw, are you talking about the IOI - 2006. That competition got over in August and as far as I know NO Indian manged to get a gold.

yea...and IOI 2007 is on August 2007...

Since you're finishing school in 2008, you've plenty of time ahead of you and that can't be bad. Now's a good time to research a lot of colleges and find out which ones are the best for you, so you don't necessarily have to stick to the list you mentioned. Also start planning on when you want to take the SATs., TOEFL etc.

Oh i would like to apologise for not being precise...... the International Informatics Olympiad I am talking about was conducted by Silver Zone Inc.

Sorry for the misunderstanding

Anyways why dont you all suggest me other better colleges for aerospace engg.?

Ajay

try some of the ivies. with those stats u have a good chance of getting in (and they are more then happy to give full scholarships to students like u).

karan can u list a few of the univ, aerospace major please :P

Princeton is need-blind for internationals and has a major similar to what you are interested in.

:)

I heard somewhere, that Stanford gives you free access ( full fee waiver) to their university if ure credentials are outstanding and ur in financial difficulty.

Not sure about this though^^^ kick ass Ec's though

kick ass EC? LOL thanks mate ... lets see if i get into a damn kinky college!

Ec's as in extra-cirricular activites (if you didnt know) the whole olympiad stuff is very impressive.
