@AdrenalineRacer

@ShaunakK98
WOW!!!
Congratulations

@KjInternational Thank you so much!

:stuck_out_tongue:

@AdrenalineRacer Hey I got accepted to the mechanical engineering program at UW Madison. The AIR 107 will surely go a long way in getting you admission into some of the colleges .

who here has UW Madison as his/her first choice?

Not first choice but among my top choices
@Rahulbarcafan

Hey @Indijat or any other Indian students (like me) for that matter, will you be planning on finding someone to share your college experience with ;), or do you see that as a detrimental factor in our culturally expected and illustrious journey to a GPA of 4.0?

I swore to god that I’ll never return here but this dawn of unexpected cheerfulness got me here. i.e…ADMITTED TO BERKELEY!!!

@pallavijaniani I BEG ur forgiveness if I offended u to such an extend. However, I couldn’t stop myself from making this AWKWARD confession!!
@Rahulbarcafan there are million faces in the world. I don’t like a face, I like the things done by that face…And only a few are enough to get a huge rapport!
@tiwari124 and @skyblade1234 wt???

@ExponentDog19 U sound like me!!! <:-P

@KjInternational Where else have you been admitted? and major? city? board?

I have been admitted to Purdue too
Waiting on GaTech and UWash
Major : Computer Science
City : Kolkata
Board : ISC

What about you ??

@Indijat
Can you forward your acceptance letter from Berkeley ??
I seriously doubt your acceptance with such a low SAT score and nothing stellar in your profile( admit it, if there was you would have mentioned it)

But if its true
Congratulations brother :slight_smile:

Well we’ll just wait for his reply then

If he’s not lying, why didn’t I apply to Berkeley?

While most prospective freshmen will learn of their admissions decision March 24, up to 2,000 students will be informed of their acceptance to Berkeley on Feb. 12. This group of high-achieving students will include students selected to interview for Berkeley’s most prestigious scholarship, the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship. The earlier notification will allow top students more time to explore the option of becoming a Berkeley student.

This means accepted students were among the top 2% of Berkeley applicants-- so, if you didn’t get in, don’t worry! There are many more acceptances from Berkeley to come!

^^I got in

@Indijat Do you mind PMing me? If you really have been admitted to Berkeley, I’d want to know my potential future classmate

@ShaunakK98 Congratulations! Your stats are amazing! Where are you based? That acceptance must have just made your entire week (or even this month)!

BTW, as @skyblade1234 said, if 2000 students were accepted in this round, then around 1000 must be in-state students (because of their law). Atleast 600-700 must be the OOS students, and the remaining 400-300 students must be the Internationals. Out of those 300-400 students, around 50 (or even less than that) must be from India. So how can UCB accept low score students?!?!
