He received an email Octo 5th informing of receipt of his app and to set up his portal to see the status - which then said “complete”.
Thanks. My son submitted same time as yours but his transcript was sent pretty late.
The portal should say what’s still outstanding - e.g. transcripts.

I honestly don’t think the decision date is directly correlated to your application date/completion date, because both pinkmama100 and I submitted 9/13 and were completed at the end of Sept.
