Hello. Does anyone have any info (good or bad) about the Sports Management B.S. + Sports Analytics M.S. 5 year degree at IUPUI (Indiana University & Purdue University) in Indianaoplis?
Just so you know, they are splitting up.
There is a similar program at Bloomington though it is not a combined BS+MS. Since both programs are IU degrees because of the IUPUI split, not sure which one is better. You might have to visit the school of health at both locations to see the facilities and such.
thank you! I know there is a Sports Management and Marketing bachleors of science degree - but specifically one for sports management/sports analytics too?
No. There is business analytics in the Kelley school of business. It is the same degree you reference above.
I know you did not ask for another option. But here it is in case it is helpful. As always since these are niche areas, do due diligence and talk to students when you visit.

thank you. is it possible to apply to Kelley and then take classes at the School of Information?
That is a question better answered by a kelley student like the one in this thread.
Yes; some extremely driven students take a dual degree path through Luddy and get a bachelor’s in both there and Kelley. For 95% of people it’s simply too many classes and doesn’t make sense to pursue. The most common path is to minor in informatics/computer science or take the business analytics co-major in Kelley.
