<p>ok so i read an interview of an indian-press with uPenn's admission officers! it stated that out of 465 applicants from india, 42 were selected in 2010 or 2011! (which is like the 10% of the pool).. can someone tell me about the number of indians selected into the IVYs out of what odd no. of applicants? i really want to know this about Princeton?

<p>Rew … I think you should consider that the lack of posts on this thread shows that none of us have the information you need. In any case, why do these acceptance rates matter so much to you? If you know you are a strong applicant, then a 6% would be no different than a 18%. However, if you are yourself unsure of your standing, then your time will be better spent strengthening your application rather than searching for numbers.</p>
