This year I'm (sort of) self-studying for AP Music Theory. The course is available at my school, but it's impossible to fit it into my schedule, so I signed up for a different music theory course and plan to work with the AP teacher on a one-on-one approach to exam preparation.

Since senior-year AP scores come out after the admissions process, should I somehow indicate on my application that the course I'm taking is, in reality, an AP course? Will it boost my admissions chances at all? (I'm also taking AP Spanish.) If so, how would I indicate it?
