Indication of Admission?

<p>Today in the mail I received an informational packet that was quite extensive. The packet was printed in color with over 10 pages of information in it on Brown. It was addressed directly to the applicant. It would seem strange to me that Brown would send this packet to all 31,000 applicants and waste over 25,000 packets only several weeks from admission. Has everyone received this mail packet? Do you think it reflects any higher likelihood of admission? Could this info packet possibly be used a recruitment tool for people that will be admitted in several weeks?</p>
