Industrial Engineering at CSU East Bay

I am interested in Industrial Engineering, but my transfer GPA is only about 3.2. The only schools that offer it are
SJSU(Industrial and Systems Engineering)
CalPoly SLO
CalPoly Pomona
CSU East Bay
I have a pretty good idea about engineering at all these schools except East Bay since it does not have traditional engineering department. Anyone know about East Bay's industrial engineering?

Industrial engineering is CSUEB’s only ABET accredited engineering degree program:

Would that be a bad thing since Industrial Engineering covers other branches of engineering like Electrical/Mechanical/Materials?

As an ABET accredited degree program, it should be fine as preparation for doing industrial engineering. However, more advanced engineering electives in other engineering fields may be limited, compared to a school with other types of engineering as well.
