DD is a Senior and is deposited and about 1/2 way packed! I have a question…how do students know what is going on on the campus? As an example: This weekend is Halloween…how do they let students know about Halloween activites? Haunted houses, and any other events/activites on campus?</p>
<p>I belong to several of the Alabama FB Pages, but don’t really see those sort of nofifications. My older one is at a different school and I see those postings all the time. I know I am missing something…just not sure where to find it.</p>
<p>DD wants to join these pages so she has an idea of what sort of things are going on. I think she wants to be sure she does not miss anything once on campus! lol</p>
<p>Well, there’s a weekly student news email sent to all enrolled students on Wednesday afternoons. And there’s a campus newspaper published four times a week - The Crimson White.</p>

<p>DD is a member of a sorority as well as a variety of organizations on campus. When i asked her your question she said that her UA Crimson email acct is always full of different things happening on campus. On top of it the “word of mouth” system seems to work great. If you are wondering what’s going on now then I would refer to the UA Panhellenic FB page…am sure there must be something for Honors College, The Crimson White…The UA Web page…and on her Mybama I have noticed there is a list of activities on the right hand side. Plus signs are always posted at the Ferg and around campus.</p>
