Can anyone tell me sth about Professor Alastair MINNIS?
How is his lecture, is he an easy grader, etc?
Thanks a lot.

Seeing as he teaches Chaucer, he can’t be much fun.

Chaucer is the dog’s bollocks.

Excuse me? Chaucer has lots of wonderfully bawdy humor. When I was in college, one of the best and funniest courses I took was Chaucer (with Prof. John Fleming, a man of great good humor).

Sarcasm, my friend. I’m not one to make gross generalizations like that one :)

If you’re a Y student, then you have access to instructor evaluations. If you’re not, it might be a little premature to worry about his grading ;).

entomom is right but she left off the website. Go to yale.edu/oci and search in the student evaluations.

Not specifically for this professor, but on the oci website most professors didn’t have ratings/reviews when I looked. Is this true, or is there something wrong with my browser?

Thanks a lot. Im not a Y student but he is offering his course at my college this fall. Could you please help me access his evaluation?

My apologies. I’m old and cranky. :)

clovis - are you in Beijing Fall 2009?

yes, in Beijing.
