info on SFSU?

Is SFSU a good, well known academic school? And can anyone supply information on the following:

Dorms
parties
Social life
Girls
Academics
Campus feel
Campus appeal,looks
Classes
Greek Life
Surrounding city
Financial Aid, scholarships

And how do I major in pre med or is it a bunch of classes? Unsure how it works?
Thanks

Not rated that high, but great location for a lot of opportunities! Dorms are kind of hard to get, not that great. I don’t think the campus looks too good, you can judge it yourself. San Francisco is the best place to be but it’s so expensive to live off campus. I don’t go there but I was accepted, couple of my friends do and they mostly talk about their time off campus!

I grew up 30 mins north of the city and pretty much explored it most of my high school years (even when we couldn’t drive we would take the ferry, which is dope btw you have to try it)

Dorms - probably average? haven’t heard a lot of negatives
parties - there will be dorm parties but for house parties you’ll prob have to know older people
Social life - sfsu is more of a commuter school, however unlike most commuter schools there are SO MANY THINGS to do in the city. interesting places, people, food, activities. When you turn 21 the bar scene and night life will be awesome. Even when you’re not 21 (…there are ways around this haha) you can still go to hookah lounges on haight, sick concerts/live music, sf has a lot of random secret shows pop up, art, there are more things to do outside the city too.
Girls - SF is really diverse so there will be all kinds of girls. If you’re closed minded and conservative, the city is not for you my friend. In fact, you don’t deserve the city.
Academics - idk
Campus feel - idk
Campus appeal,looks
Classes - probably average impacted as most CSUs are
Greek Life - SFSU is not big on greek life, that’s more of USF’s thing
Surrounding city - when you don’t live dorms be careful where you choose to live. it’s going to be super fucking expensive inside the city but if you can afford it good neighborhoods are: nopa, hayes valley, lower haight, noe valley, and PARTS of the mission district. Do not live in soma it’s pretty sketchy.
Financial Aid, scholarships - idk

the biggest perk is that you are surrounded by phenomenal future employers and other great opportunities. use this to your advantage.

ps. if you’re into the grateful dead they own and sometimes play at their bar in san rafael (my hometown).
