This sampling shows how some college acceptance rates have changed between last year and this year. https://insights.collegeconfidential.com/college-acceptance-rate-changes-
Good side-by-side comparison. Would love to see a comparison of five-year or longer data as well if you might consider that in the future. Thanks!
With respect to a more inclusive sampling, it would be interesting to see examples of highly selective LACs in the table (e.g., https://middleburycampus.com/49432/news/acceptance-rate-sees-uptick-to-24-amid-covid-19-uncertainties/).
Regarding the existing table, note that this year’s figures are subject to increases due to waiting list admissions.
I don’t see a table. Did it disappear or is my ad blocker preventing me from seeing it?
Edit: yep, it’s the ad blocker. Taking a look, the table font is vertically challenging. Blocker going back on…
Cornell, Columbia & Chicago apparently have not yet released their acceptance rates.
Note that Cornell has planned to postpone a public disclosure if its acceptance rate:
@merc81: Thank you for citing the article. I had read the article, but had forgotten about it.
Also, the University of Chicago delays reporting its acceptance rates until later in the year.
