How is the the IT Program at Rutgers overall? And how is it especially for a specialization in Web Design? What classes or skills from high school are most important for the major?

A few of my friends graduated from the ITI (the extra I is just infomatics) program at Rutgers and they recommend it. To get a better idea of what the program offers:

The ITI major is pretty flexible and you can “career theme” your ITI major. One of these themes is Web Design. There are seven courses available within the ITI major that apply to Web Design. As part of your ITI major requirement, you’ll need to take seven elective courses as is, so you can take all seven of the web design courses and have them apply to your elective requirement.
