<p>I haven't much about Berkeley's statistics major and I was wondering if anyone knew about the program. Looking at the pre-reqs- math 53 and 54, I'm kind of scared but I still want to try it. Is the stats major known to be hard? and where can I get more info?</p>
<p>Sad but true, the stat major is known to be hard. Most stat classes are curved harshly to a B- for average. Math 53 and 54 are not easy too. However, to see if you are suitable for stat major, check the program out and see how interested are you in the major requirement classes and the electives. Try to plan it out.</p>
