<p>I have submitted requests for applications/informative mail from loads of colleges except only a few (maybe about 5 or so out of 10-15) have sent anything back. Georgetown has already mailed me an application, however other schools which I have contacted such as Penn and Brown are yet to send even an information booklet. Am I alone in this situation, or do some colleges just take longer than others?</p>
<p>From what I remember Penn sent my application in the mail during the summer I think late July. You can hceck out the personal statement questions online if you are in a hurry.</p>
<p>It may also be that some schools are updating their viewbooks now that the 2010 admissions season is done.</p>
<p>brown's application isn't finished yet. the website said something about august, i believe.</p>
