<p>Where do people get applications for the "big" awards like presidential honor roll, who's who, national merit, etc. PLEASE REPLY!!!</p>
<p>I think from nominations by high school teachers.</p>
<p>National Merit Finalist/Scholar is based on your PSAT scores and then other qualifying factors that are listed in the forms sent to all those who achieve semifinalist rank. </p>
<p>Who's Who is basically just a list of high school students with high test scores on standardized tests. It's meaningless. The Who's Who list exists only to sell books to adoring family members and make $ for the publisher.</p>
<p>DK about the Presidential Honor Roll, but it seems to be based on GPA and varsity sports roster. Someone from your school would enroll the names.</p>
