Information on my activities can come off as me lying, can it hurt my application?

Hey,

One of the activities I listed on my commonapp was making websites for the past three years and, on the details section, I inclued the last two websites I have done. However, I just noticed that one of them has been changed; the owner decided to re new the website and now when you go to the website it does no longer have my label on it on the footer - it has another label. I realize that this may seem as if I l lied, although the other website does still have my name on it. What should I do? Do you guys think I should e-mail the schools to notify them about the misunderstanding?

Thank you very much.

I doubt they’d have visited the sites anyways.

The fact that the website owner has revised the website subsequently does not discount the work you did. From your explanation, I don’t see where there is any misunderstanding at all. Certainly the admissions committee is aware that the web evolves.

Thank you, you have gave me a great relief haha :)

I doubt it, but if it makes you feel more comfortable go ahead. YOU probably should do it FOR YOU, because I know how stressful it feels and doing that might relieve the anxiety you have.
