<p>I got some nonteacher recommendations that are already sealed with their signature on the flap. However, what kind of information do I need to put on the envelope to identify that it's me (they didn't fill out any forms in the envelope - just a letter).</p>
<p>I was thinking: name, school, address (+city/province/country/areacode), phone number</p>
<p>Think it's enough? I haven't sent my common app yet either, so the letters would be first on my file.</p>
<p>idk if I should put bday, because of identity theft stuff? but is there stuff that I left out that I really really need to put on there?</p>
<p>BTW I'm the only one with my name at my school.</p>
