Innovation

Well, At University of Colorado, Colorado Springs there is a new degree called the bachelor of innovation. it basically crosses electrical engineering(among others) with an innovation core and a business, globilazation, or creative communication core.
Have any of you guys heard anything about this
Any Pro/Cons?

Sounds interesting. I mean, if it crosses electrical engineering with business (which is basically what it sounds like), it would be in the same ballpark category as an IE degree. And IE degrees are good. Plus it would give you a little more engineering / business and a little less OR.

Intriguing. Go for it, IMO.

The only thing that would suck is having “BS Innovation” on it, employers will be all ***!?

Why not just do IE or EE and get an MBA or Masters in Finance or something?

Correct in that some employers might seem a BS INNOVATION as equivalent to “BS ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY” which is pretty worthless.
