Hello everyone!
I recently got an email from Goucher College saying that I got “Innovator Status,” and had the opportunity to apply through a separate application from the Common App. I had been planning on using the Common App, but it seems that the only difference is that instead of using the Common App essay, they use a series of ~100-word responses.
I’m planning on using this new application instead of CommonApp, seems more user-friendly. I’m assuming that this portal isn’t exclusive in any way, as most college mail I receive is all the “You’re invited to apply [Portal].” Below is the email that I received.
Has anyone ever used this portal before, and does it offer any advantages over applying through Common App besides those listed on the email? Thank yall!
